Due to digital nature of products and services, our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. After 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and not installed or used by you or any other party.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If 3 days have been passed, full refund cannot be initiated.
After all customizations are done, full refund cannot be initiated.
After 30 days, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once you have applied for for refund, we will send you an email to notify you the status and refunded amount.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Regular and Sale items, both can be refunded based on time lapse.
Exchanges
The service or products can be changed within 3 days. The amount increased or decreased can be refunded or adjusted.
